Sperm analysis to determine the condition and quality of the Father’s sperm before undergoing the intrauterine insemination (IUI) program.

Intrauterine Insemination Procedure

Sperm Preparation

The Father’s sperm that has been collected will be selected for the best quality for the intrauterine insemination program.

Insemination Process

The Father’s sperm, which has been washed with a special medium, will be inseminated into the Mother’s uterine cavity.

Anti-HIV Test

The anti-HIV test is conducted by both parents to detect antibodies in the blood.

Anti-HCV Test

The anti-HCV test is a blood examination conducted by both parents to detect antibodies against the Hepatitis C virus.

HBsAg Test

The HBsAg test is a blood examination conducted by both parents to confirm the diagnosis of hepatitis B.

Gonal F

Gonal F is a follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) medication. It functions to form eggs in the ovaries.

Menopur

Menopur is a follicle-stimulating medication. It functions to form eggs in the ovaries.

Dipthen

A medication containing Clomiphene citrate used to treat infertility. It works by stimulating an increase in the number of hormones that support the growth and release of a mature egg (ovulation).

Ovidrel

Ovidrel is a medication containing r-HCG, which is given to produce oocytes or eggs before undergoing insemination. Additionally, this hormone is also given to trigger ovulation.

When is the pregnancy test conducted after the insemination process?

After the insemination process, both parents will be given pregnancy-supporting medication for about 2 – 3 weeks. Once the waiting period is over, the Mother can take a urine pregnancy test.
