3. Keeping testicular temperature cool
Many do not realize that keeping the testicular temperature cool is important. The reason is, testicular temperature that is too hot can affect sperm production processes. Therefore, to have a high chance of pregnancy, the testicular temperature must be lower than other body temperatures.
4. Consume healthy foods and exercise regularly
If you want to maintain the health and fertility of the testicles, it is necessary to change your lifestyle to a healthier one. The healthy lifestyle to be followed is consuming healthy foods and exercising regularly.
However, it is important to note not to overdo exercise during pregnancy programs as it can actually trigger excess steroid hormones that affect fertility.
5. Engage in regular sexual intercourse
In addition to increasing the chances of pregnancy, engaging in regular sexual intercourse can keep male reproductive organs such as the penis and testicles healthier.
If planning for pregnancy, it is advisable to have regular intercourse without contraception, especially when the partner is in the fertile period. This certainly increases the chances of getting pregnant quickly.
Being aware of the health and fertility of reproductive organs from an early age is indeed necessary. If fathers experience unusual symptoms in the testicles or other reproductive organs, it is important to consult a doctor immediately.
